Each recipient of the Ray Weingartz Award will receive a custom plaque inscribed with their name and the month and year of recognition. Individuals have two options to purchase the award: they can nominate and gift it to someone they know, or they can make a contribution to our Foundation in Ray’s name and receive the award for themselves. Payment will be coordinated with the nominating party and/or recipient after each application is reviewed and approved.
